The ground floor consists of a bespoke fitted Kitchen with handmade “Christians” units and a mixture of granite and wood worktops. There is a centre island with integrated oven, a two hob, 4-oven AGA with an integrated 4 x hob electric cooker. Off the kitchen is a pantry and utility area with units and side-door leading to the garden. The remaining ground floor consists of two large reception rooms, a dining room, snug and office.
The first floor boasts 6 double bedrooms with a smaller bedroom/office and two family bathrooms.

The site comprises a number of traditional Cheshire barns, some single storey built outbuildings and a number of steel portal framed buildings, previously used in connection with the farm.

The most substantial range of brick buildings has planning permission for “conversion of former buildings to residential use”. This permission was granted in August 2003 under the reference number P03/0752 and a material commencement has been made and approved. The permission grants the conversion into 5 dwellings ranging in size from 1,472sqft to 2,876sqft with a total of 10,116sqft. These buildings can easily be separated from the main farmhouse and benefit from its own access.

Notwithstanding the existing permission for residential development, there is scope for a potential larger scheme, incorporating the additional range of buildings or a scheme of new-builds. This is all subject to planning and purchasers will need to carry out their own due diligence.

In all about 8 acres, with mature boundary hedges and currently all down to grass.

Mains water and electricity, oil fired central heating, private drainage.
