The Property

From Ludlow take the A4117 signposted to Kidderminster and then bear left onto the B4364 signposted to Bridgnorth.
After a short distance bear left again towards Middleton, where the road bends to the right and after about half a
mile turn left onto a Private Drive adjacent to a gate lodge. Proceed up the drive and take the first left which leads
directly to The Hills.


Rent :
Lot 1 – The Hill Farmhouse and adjoining paddock – £875 per calendar month, payable monthly in advance Lot 2 – Barn Cottage, barns, loose boxes, horse walker and paddocks – £1,500 per calendar month, payable monthly in advance.

Deposit : The equivalent of one and a half months rent payable upon commencement of the tenancy.

Application/Administration fees : A non-refundable application fee of £50 per person (including VAT) is payable upon the submission of a completed application form. If the tenancy goes ahead an administration fee of £200 + VAT is payable upon the signing of the agreement.
