Description

Grange Livery Information:
The Grange Livery Yard has been run by the vendor as a successful livery yard for the past 25years. The yard and business are being offered to rent due to the landlady’s planned retirement. The livery yard offers excellent facilities for this purpose. The stables are contained within two large steel portal framed agricultural buildings and are split into 3 separate yards, with storage areas in between the stable blocks.

It is felt that there is considerable scope to take the business forward, as the vendor has been compromised in recent years to caring for a dependant member of the family.

The livery yard currently has 23 DIY liveries. It has averaged 26 DIY’s over the previous 3years. Occupancy’s are based purely on word of mouth & without any advertising.
The average turnover from 2001 to 2008 was £45,507 per annum.
No Hay or Straw has been sold for over 3years.
No teaching or schooling has taken place.
The school is not rented out, no advertising or yard website are in operation.
