Equestrian facilities
The stable block (29.70m x 9.88m) houses an exceptional range of 10 Monarch stables complete with 2 wash bays with hot shower facilities and provision for solariums, a kitchen, WC and a secure tack room. The stables are rubber floored throughout and each stable has a hay rack, auto-water feeder and swing feed bin 8 stables with sliding doors and two stables with swing doors and optional lower door for ponies.

There are three separate store rooms, one having electric, plumbing and gas connections for industrial washing machine and dryer. The two other stores would be excellent feed and rug rooms to accompany the stable yard.

A gated muck store having a purpose built ramp to allow a trailer to park level with the stable yard for ease of muck removal.

The manege measures approximately 20m x 60m having a silica sand and fibre surface with post and rail perimeter fence.

Separate negotiation:
A separate barn (13.20m x 5m) is available for a machinery store and workshop. This barn is newly fitted out with a small office or workroom, store room, kitchen and w.c. with a mezzanine store area above.
Large entrance doors at either end of the barn have a 3m height clearance, concrete floor within the portal frame building having numerous electric sockets around the perimeter. Concrete block walls and floodlit throughout. Three phase electricity is connected within the barn.

Heading south on the A49 from Tarporley to Whitchurch, turn right at Bunbury, signed to Beeston and Beeston Castle. Continue on this road for approximately 1 mile and at the end of the road turn left signed to Beeston Castle and the Candle Workshops and then take the next right signed to Burwardsley and Tattenhall. Follow this road for 0.8 mile and Lower Rock Farm will be found on the right.
