Description
Ivy Farm Cottage offers spacious four bedroom accommodation over two floors, converted from an original farm outbuilding constructed of brick with a pitched slate roof. The property currently requires a series of renovation and improvements mainly to the interior. The property contains many original timbers exposed throughout.

The property is entered through an overhang porch area into the main hall, stairs and cloakroom providing access to the Sitting Room and Kitchen.

The Sitting Room has a brick fireplace and oak mantel and space and flue installed for a wood burning stove. Dual aspect windows to the rear over look the equestrian facilities and land. The Kitchen has an oil fired, two oven Aga with limestone tiled flooring continued through to the Dining Room.

A second front entrance hall with second stair case and utility room to the rear has access to the Garage which completes the ground floor level.

On the first floor, both stair cases lead to their own two bedrooms and bathroom with circulation being provided through bedroom three which has been used as an office. The bedrooms are all double rooms and have dormer windows out to the rear aspect, all having built in storage. The master bedroom has an en-suite Jack n Jill bathroom having second access off the landing.
