Going south east along the A41 from Whitchurch to Newport, you will come to the Turnhill Roundabout where the A41 meets the A53, proceed straight across and continue along the A41 for about a further mile where you should turn right for Stoke Heath on Warrant Road, proceed down here for approximately one mile and you will eventually see the main gate for Helshaw Grange on the right hand side. These are electronically operated and you should use the intercom system to reception to gain access.

Lease Terms

The Landlord is seeking a new commercial lease for a term to be discussed. It will be excluded from the security provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.


The Landlord will insure the buildings, reclaiming the premiums from the tenant. The Landlord has Public Liability insurance and ingoing tenant will be required to have their own Public Liability Insurance.


To be payable monthly in advance by Standing Order.
