From Oswestry (or Shrewsbury) take the A495 before turning to Llanfyllin on the A490. Go through Bwlch-y-Cibau and take the first right onto the B4393. Directions are then as above.

Terms and conditions
Term – flexible term to be agreed between parties.
Rent – £855.00 per calendar month to be paid monthly in advance.
Deposit -£1710.00 payable upon the signing of the agreement.
Holding Deposit – A holding deposit equal to one month’s rent will be requested to remove the property from the market on agreeing terms between parties to place the property ‘Under Offer’ and will be held for the applicant.
