There is the option to have one or two stables by separate negotiation and to also have the use of turnout paddocks which are accessible off the stable yard. The house will be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy under the 1988 Housing Act as amended for an initial period of 6 months. After this initial period the tenancy will continue as an assured shorthold periodic tenancy. Terms are flexible and to be agreed between parties.

A non-refundable application fee of £24 per person (including VAT) is payable upon the submission of a completed application form. If the tenancy goes ahead an administration fee of £80 + VAT is payable upon the signing of the agreement.

Leaving Shrewsbury heading towards Ellesmere. At Harmer Hill fork left remaining on the A528. In Ellesmere pass the Mere on your right and Church on your left immediately prior to the roundabout turn right into Swan Hill. After exactly one mile on this small road (passing new housing, cemetery on right, over new railway bridge, cottage on right) turn left (just before brick bungalow on left) onto narrow No Through Road (red T on blue sign). After half a mile do not turn left over cattle grid, in 20 metres fork left and go through white gate and Gamebuck cottage is 50 metres on your left.
