The property has views to the Cabrera mountains and Mojacar village and it is only 15 minutes drive to the beaches. The Autovia del MediterrĂ¡neo is about 5 minutes drive from the property, access to the property with asphalt road. 90 km to Almeria airport, 35 km to a main hospital (Huercal Overa). Vera is one of the biggest towns in the area, with several schools and high schools. It has a good medical centre. There are many banks, supermarkets and shops. It has regular a bus service linking it to local areas and the beach. All paperwork is available for selling.
