From the A55 North Wales Expressway, take junction 38 and follow for Wrexham on the A483. At the first roundabout, take the third exit back towards the A55, then take the next left onto Rough Hill, signposted Dodleston 2 miles. Follow this road to the next roundabout and take the second exit onto Lachel Lane. After less than half a mile and before a left turn to Dodelston, the driveway to the property is found on the right hand side. Common Farm will be found at the end of this lane on the right hand side prior to a bridge over the A55 motorway.

Terms and conditions
Term duration is flexible and to be agreed between parties.
Rent – £1500.00 per calendar month to be paid monthly in advance.
Deposit -£3000.00 payable upon the signing of the agreement.
Holding Deposit – A holding deposit equal to one month’s rent will be requested to remove the property from the market on agreeing terms between parties to place the property ‘Under Offer’ and will therefore be held for the applicant. This holding deposit will act as the first month’s rent on occupying the property.
Application/Administration Fees -A non-refundable fee of £30 (inc VAT) per person is payable upon submission of a completed application form. If the application is accepted an administration fee of £150 (inc VAT) is payable before the tenancy agreement is issued.
