Close to the beach
The two and a half acre farm lies near the small town of Bollullos del Condado between Huelva and Sevilla. The main house whose origins go back more than 100 years has a built area of 350 m2 (3,850 sq f) and consists of a very large lounge with log fire place and an almost as large kitchen come dining room which is open to the lounge. There are three bedrooms, one being used as a study and one ample family bath. Above the kitchen is a half open gallery room and on the upper floor is the very spacious and comfortable master bedroom suite with its own bath and dressing room.
The large covered terrace offers beautiful views to the new swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and white decorative pebble stones. Near the pool area is a second two story building with 168 m2 built and whose interior is still unfinished and can be turned into three to four small apartments or two comforatble flats.
Next to the main house are the equestrian installations: there are three horse stables, a shower, a covered space for hay and straw storage and a small tack room. The horses can walk from here directly to the paddocks and to the riding school. The farm is an excellent starting point for extensive and interesting riding excursions into Europ’s largest National Park of Coto Doñana and the world famous equestrian pilgrimage of El Rocío. By car the beaches of the Costa de la Luz can be reached within 30 minutes.
The farm has mains electricity and the drinking water comes from a well with filter system. This is an ideal spot for the keen horse man and his family who like to live in the country and yet be close to a town for shopping, banking, restaurants etc.
