The Wyoming Appaloosa Ranch lies in the center of the Big Horn Basin at a level of 1.300 meters above sea level. On the 80 acre farm continental climate prevails with long dry periods which is especially suited for horses. The grounds consist mainly of There are several buildings on the ranch: the main house with roughly 3.000 square feet of construction and 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a large lounge with dining area and direct access to the kitchen. A second lounge/family room is situated in the lower level. The main barn includes 5 ample horse boxes with a private paddock each. In addition there are 5 larger paddocks with all weather shelters. The large training area serves for all riding activities and there is a parcour trail around the main barn. The farm has approximately 15 mares and 5 stallions. There are about 12 foals born each year.
