The hotel sits on flat grounds of 32.5 acres surrounded by endless evergreen olive plantations. The historic town of Antequera is just 5 minutes away and Málaga about 35 minutes. Including the generously laid out patios, gardens and equestrian installations the hotel complex uses an area of about 5 acres. The remaining 27.5 acres of rich agricultural land are used for growing oats. The various buildings have a total built area of 2,200 m2 (24,200 sq f). The left wing of the u-form complex is formed by a two storey building with 7 double guest rooms with bath plus one apartment on the first floor while a private bar reserved for house guests, a TV room and a comfortable lounge are on the ground floor. The central part of the U is formed by a large, 400 m2 (4,400 sq f) multi-purpose room, i.e. for celebrations, banquets, seminars etc. The wing to the right is the old, completely renovated farm house (cortijo) with a very comfortable restaurant the highlight of which is the original log burning baking/roasting oven, a small bar and the commercial kitchen with a spacious larder. The remaining ground floor is reserved for the owners accommodation with two bedrooms sharing a bath and separate toilets. On the upper floor are four more bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as the master suite. There is also the ample, rustic and very cozy lounge with open fire place. Outside is a separate area for the swimming pool with sun terraces and the equestrian facilities including a round pen and 16 horse boxes, some are in need of repair. The hotel is currently only hosting weddings, christenings, communions and other large events but could easilier be re-opened for riding holidays. This is a property with endless possibilities for the enterprising buyer.
