General Terms and Agent Fees
Term – Minimum Term of 6 Months, lease length is flexible and agreed between parties and application.
Rent – Paid in advance per calendar month.
Deposit – Normally being the equivalent of two months rent payable upon the signing of the tenancy agreement.
